First and foremost, we all want to thank Mr. "Woo" Keith Wood for doing an outstanding job as Club President for the past year. It's hard to believe a year went by so fast. I greatly appreciate him taking the position of Vice-President in the year going forward and for doing such a great job as our "webmeister"

An excellent season of fishing and the introduction of some great new members is past and we look forward to more of the same this upcoming year. As was the case with last year, we want to continue to grow our club with new members, particularly boaters, and enhance our communications both with existing and new members. Keep tuned to the web site for new information. At the same time, as a club that is 30 years old, we have some neat traditions we have maintained.

For those of you looking to join a Bass Club, you have come to the right place. Our membership has a nice mix of all age groups, all bound by enthusiasm for Bass Fishing. I came into the club several years ago as pretty much a beginner and I felt welcomed the very first meeting I attended. Everyone is very willing to share information and techniques and it is a great place for experienced as well as the not so experienced. We combine excellent fishing with a friendly social dimension such as cook outs after some of our tourneys and an excellent family oriented outing at a resort near Lake Placid at year end.

Finally, I want to thank all the existing members and officers for their support. This is not a club where everything is dumped on one or two people. I appreciate that help and look forward to doing the best I can do for you.
